The N 131 Armenian Secondary School in Tbilisi has been celebrating Mother Language Day on February 21 for the past couple of years now, and this year, a literary-musical event dedicated to Mother Language Day was held for the student and teacher communities and parents through the combined efforts of the 4th grade students of the school’s Armenian language teachers Manana Karapetyan and Laura Rshtunyan. The event featured poems of Armenian poets dedicated to the Armenian language, the sweet melodies of Armenian composers, the thoughts of Armenian and foreign greats on the beautiful Armenian language that spans millennia.
